FITNESS ENTHUSIAST

I’m Shaina Bliss-Black, a professional personal trainer and the founder of Bliss Body Fitness. Driven by my great desire to help others achieve their fitness goals, I have developed the ability to cultivate the success out of motivated individuals through my expertise. With over 5 years of experience as a trainer, I have a long record of successfully helping clients in losing weight, gaining weight, toning, and maintaining their body size through sustainable methods.

Having gone through a fitness journey myself, I understand what it feels like to be in my client’s shoes. I had tried many diets before, but I kept gaining the weight back after the diet. Determined to lose weight, I learned to eat right and develop a healthy sustainable lifestyle. Armed with the experience and knowledge, I aim to help others feel good, build their confidence, and work on their goals. With a friendly and warm personality, I have created a safe and comfortable space where women can air their body concerns without fear of being judged.

I believe that everyone has what it takes to achieve their fitness goals. My mission is to teach women how to create healthy nutrition habits that they can use to stay fit for a long term. As a loyal and passionate trainer, I put my client’s needs first and maintain the utmost level of professionalism by listening to their needs and working diligently alongside them to achieve the best result.
